Sending something to print? Here is exactly how it reaches us.
Finish this order and tap Send order on WhatsApp. Our chat opens with your order already written. Send it, then tap the paperclip 📎 in that same chat, choose Document, and pick your file.
Tap Email instead at the end. Your mail app opens with the order in the message — attach your file to that email the way you normally would, then send.
Photocopying, scanning or laminating something you already have on paper? Then there is no file to send — just bring it in.
Tip: send a PDF where you can. It keeps your layout exactly as you made it — a Word file can shift on a different computer.

Your sales are kept on this device only — there is no server holding a copy, so nobody else can open them. Download the file and paste it into your Daily_Sales_Ledger sheet; the columns are already in your order.
Your records are on this device. Enter your code to open them.
Forgot it? Open /#shop-reset on this device — it clears the code and keeps every sale. The code keeps a customer from browsing your takings if they pick up your phone; it is not a password on a website, because your records never leave this device in the first place.

In WhatsApp, hold the customer's order message and choose Copy. Paste it below and it fills in the whole order — then Review order to print the receipt or save it to your records.
