1. Who you are dealing with

2. Placing an order

This website does not take orders by itself. It works out your price and writes the order as a WhatsApp message for you to send. Your order is placed when you send that message, and it is confirmed only when we reply. Nothing is reserved, printed or charged before then.

3. Prices

All prices are in Guyana Dollars (GYD) and are the prices on our shop price list. Prices can change. The price we confirm when we reply is the price that applies to your order.

4. Discounts

Student, teacher and bulk rates each need a minimum number of pages or items. You get the single best rate you qualify for — rates do not add together. The site works your rate out before you send, and we confirm it when we reply.

5. Payment

Cash or MMG (Mobile Money Guyana), paid to the shop. Nothing is ever charged through this website, and we will never ask you for card, bank or account details here.

6. Deposit

Half the total up front confirms an order, and the balance is due when you collect. If an order is cancelled after it has already been printed, the deposit covers the paper and ink used. Ask us if you are unsure before we start.

7. Your files and what is in them

We print what you send us. Please check spelling, layout, page size and the number of pages before sending — reprints caused by a mistake in the file you supplied are a new order. You confirm you have the right to print and copy whatever you send.

We will not print anything unlawful, and we may decline a job.

8. Ready times

We give you a ready time when we confirm your order. It is an honest estimate, not a guarantee — machines and power in the village are not always predictable. We will tell you if anything changes.

9. Collection and delivery

Collect from the shop during opening hours, or ask us to deliver for an extra charge. Delivery is quoted when we reply, because it depends where you are. Please collect finished work promptly, or let us know if you need us to hold it.

10. If something goes wrong

If we print your job wrong, tell us and we will put it right. Talk to us first — most things are settled in one conversation.

11. This website

The site is offered as it is. We keep it accurate and working, but we cannot promise it is available without interruption, and using it does not create an order until you send the message and we reply.
